The hotel is located in a beautiful natural place, just outside the dining area. the rooms have ultra white bed sheets and fantastic curtains. Neat and clear washrooms with herbal soap/shampoo are provided. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner is actively involved in ensuring guest comfort. the hotel serves hygienic and delicious food, with different dishes for breakfast and dinner. the hotel also provides hot chocolate, adding to the positive experience.

The hotel needs improvement in terms of maintenance and cleanliness in the rooms, restaurant, and public areas.

We have stayed here during my trips so far & will choose the place for future trips. It was next to the airport, 1 minute' drive, convenient❤👌

Great view from the balcony and friendly staff were our favorite parts of this hotel. The rooms were also spacious with comfortable beds. the hotel was located near many famous attractions and the transportation was easily accessible.

We had some major disappointments with the housekeeping. Our room was not totally clean and we needed to request extra towels several times which was frustrating.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel also offered an enjoyable breakfast every day.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. They seemed distracted and disinterested in providing good service.
